Job Title:

CNC Swiss Machinist Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our precision machining shop. This position requires expertise in machine setups, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting on CNC Tsugami Swiss Machines with Fanuc Controls. The role involves working on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm. Responsibilities Perform machine setups from setup sheets on CNC Tsugami Swiss Machines (Fanuc Controls). Load and change tooling. Make offset adjustments and maintain quality standards. Troubleshoot basic machine and tooling issues. Monitor machine performance and cycle efficiency. Conduct First Article Inspections. Deburr finished parts. Maintain machine uptime and production flow. Operate multiple machines as required. Essential Skills 3+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience. Experience performing setups and troubleshooting. Ability to perform tooling changes and offset adjustments. Strong understanding of machining tooling and tooling functions. Comfortable working with Fanuc controls. Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code. Program editing experience. Tsugami Swiss programming experience. Advanced troubleshooting skills (Preventive Maintenance). Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00

•$68640.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
