$26.30/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate and setup CNC mills, lathes, and other machines (3
• or 4-axis).
• Program, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure top-quality output.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide your work.
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure precision.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines, including minor repairs and tooling upkeep.
• Perform fabrication tasks like cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen
• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of machining experience (CNC mills, lathes, manual machines preferred)
• Skilled in G&M code editing, reading blueprints, and interpreting X, Y, Z coordinates
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to troubleshoot, adjust speeds/feeds, and perform setups independently
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality
• Physical ability to lift to 30lbs #IND2
