•Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Setup Technician to join our manufacturing team, specializing in precision machining operations. This role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC Swiss lathes to produce high-quality components with tight tolerances. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, extensive experience with CNC programming and tooling, and a commitment to quality and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values craftsmanship, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include preparing CNC Swiss machines for production runs, interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings, and ensuring all parts meet specified dimensions using precision measuring instruments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes and maintain safety standards. A focus on lean manufacturing principles and proficiency with various tools and measurement devices will support your success in this role. Enjoy work-life balance by working four days/week on 4 x 10 hour schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday off - overtime when available may be on a Friday and still enjoy your weekend off Citizen Swiss experience (L or M-series) is preferred Must have Swiss Set-Up experience Must be able to work with exceptionally small parts Attention to accuracy and detail is required
