CNC Machinist Role:

Possess at least 5 years of CNC or Swiss Machining expertise on Lathes or Mills, or a minimum of 3 years of dedicated CNC/Swiss setup experience. Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting blueprints and GD&T while utilizing precision measurement tools to ensure high-quality output. Familiarity with CNC Lathes, Swiss Lathes, or 3 and 4 Axis Mills is considered an asset. Prior hands-on experience with Citizen Swiss L32/L20 or similar Swiss Lathe equipment is preferred. Completion of formal technical education or specialized machining training is highly desirable.

Compensation and Perks:

Core Responsibilities:

Execute the setup and operation of Swiss-style machines, lathes, and CNC mills to manufacture precise components. Manage machine changeovers, perform tooling and offset adjustments, interpret technical blueprints and GD&T, and verify the quality of completed parts to maintain production standards. Resolve manufacturing challenges and implement necessary basic program modifications to optimize machine performance.
