$18/hr, starting pay Job Description Machine Operator - 1st Shift Mentor, Ohio Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Starting at $18/hour (pay based on experience) Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with advanced machinery? We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Mentor, Ohio! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a strong understanding of mechanical systems.

What You'll Do:

Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on specialized production equipment Work with mechatronic automation systems, including servo motors and electrical controls Operate machines that drill, pick, and staple filament into various block materials Ensure efficient production and maintain quality standards

Job Requirements What We're Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with machine setup and changeovers preferred Familiarity with automated or mechatronic equipment is a plus

Requirements:
