Job Description
CNC Mill Setup/Operator Inova Staffing is a seeking skilled CNC Mill Setup/Operator for a family-owned precision machining company in Solon, Ohio. This is a direct hire position with openings on both 1st shift.
Perform first-piece inspections and verify machining processes meet specifications.
Hold tight tolerances and complete in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements.
Adjust feeds, speeds, tooling, and offsets to optimize results.
Conduct preventive maintenance and daily checks to ensure machine readiness.
U.S. Citizenship required.3+ years of CNC machining experience.2+ years of setup experience in a tight-tolerance job shop environment.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on complex setups.
Close-knit, collaborative team environment.
Independent problem-solving encouraged.

Shifts & Schedule:
1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, M-F50-hour workweeks standard, with opportunities for double time on SaturdaysAbout theRole:
This shop specializes in tight-tolerance, complex parts and operates as a true job shop: high mix, low runs. Daily responsibilities include complex setups, holding tight tolerances, and machining irregular or geometrically challenging components.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills, Okuma & Fanuc-controls experience preferred.Perform first-piece inspections and verify machining processes meet specifications.
Hold tight tolerances and complete in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Qualifications:
