Job Requirements:

5+ years of machining experience. Recent experience in an aerospace machine shop environment required. CNC machining experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing. Experience setting up and operating CNC or precision machining equipment. Ability to set machine offsets. Ability to change and replace tooling. Ability to perform machine setup from start to production. Availability to work 50-60 hours per week, not exceeding 60 hours. Availability to work within a 24/7 manufacturing operation and select an applicable shift. Recent manager reference required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with precision grinding machines. Experience machining components or materials used in semiconductor manufacturing. Experience with Yusak grinding machines. Experience working in high-precision manufacturing environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machining and grinding equipment. Run precision grinding machines used in the manufacturing of silicon wafers for microchips. Adjust machine offsets to maintain required specifications. Install, change, and replace machine tooling. Monitor machining and grinding operations throughout production. Perform machine adjustments as required to maintain production requirements. Learn and operate Yusak grinding equipment. Work assigned shifts within a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
