We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinists to join our manufacturing team. In these roles, you will operate and set up CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce precision metal components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring high-quality production standards. • Pay based on experience Requires 1-2 years of experience operating CNC lathe machines (Mazak preferred) Basic familiarity with Mazak controls or Mazatrol conversational menus Blueprint reading Measurements

• pay based on experience 7+ years of hands-on experience setting up, operating, or programming CNC Mills (3 Axis minimum) and CNC Lathes.

Direct hands-on experience using Mastercam for CAM and SolidWorks for CAD is required. Absolute fluency in reading industrial blueprints and interpreting complex GD&T data. Comfortable using Excel, managing numbers, and talking technically with customer purchasing agents or engineers.

Local Market Knowledge:
