We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Spinner to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, machining, and precision measurement, with the ability to operate various manufacturing equipment. Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:15PM •Some overtime may be required Pay based on experience Responsibilities Operate and set up equipment such as CNC laser cutting machines, PNC/CNC lathes, and plasma cutters Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings to form parts by using hand tools and fabrication techniques to shape sheet metal and other materials according to specifications. Program CNC machines for precise cutting, forming, and machining operations. Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, micrometer gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications. Operate cranes and forklifts safely to move raw materials and finished products within the workspace. Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow. All other duties as assigned Experience Experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC laser cutters, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or plasma cutting equipment is preferred. Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, sheet metal work, and mechanical assembly is highly desirable. Familiarity with blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and quality inspection techniques using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including stamping presses, machine setup, and operations. Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Mechanical knowledge combined with manufacturing experience will be considered an asset for this role.
