CNC Machinist - Lathe/Mill (2nd Shift) We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in tight‑tolerance machining to support production on CNC lathes and/or mills. Qualifications Ability to work 2:00pm - 12:30am, Monday-Thursday (Potential 5th day once trained) Available to train on 1st shift (5:00am-1:30pm or 6:00am-2:30pm) for 3-6 months 2+ years CNC machining experience Experience with CNC lathes and/or mills Live tooling experience Strong understanding of GD&T, tight tolerances Ability to read and interpret blueprints Able to perform and explain machine setups High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Job Responsibilities Operate CNC machines per work orders and specifications Perform machine setups and changeovers Make minor machine offsets and adjustments Inspect parts to ensure tight‑tolerance quality Interpret blueprints, drawings, setup sheets, and quality plans
