Overview We're hiring experienced CNC Machinists to help build and establish a growing second-shift operation for a highly respected manufacturer with deep roots in the machining industry. You'll be part of the core team setting the standard for second shift —owning your machines, solving problems independently, and helping establish the processes that will shape the shift as it grows. You'll own jobs from blueprint to finished part, including full setups, tooling and workholding, program edits, offsets, First Article Inspection, troubleshooting, and preparing machines for unattended production. Compensation & Shift $30-$38/hr after shift premium Bonus program Monday-Thursday, 4:15 PM-2:45 AM Fridays off Responsibilities Independently set up, edit, and operate CNC Mills Own jobs from setup through final inspection Select tooling, fixtures, workholding, speeds, feeds, and offsets Read complex blueprints and GD&T Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and dimensional issues Perform First Article and in-process inspection Fabricate custom tooling or fixtures when needed Prepare machines for unattended/lights-out production Help support and train machinists as second shift grows Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience Strong CNC milling and full setup experience Ability to independently edit, troubleshoot, and make process adjustments Strong blueprint, GD&T, and inspection skills Stable work history Hurco WinMax and/or Fanuc experience strongly preferred Horizontal machining and lights-out experience are a plus

Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
