•$60,500+ annually with overtime) Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision-machined components? We are partnering with a leading manufacturing employer in the Youngstown area that is looking for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy hands-on work, solving challenges, and working in a team-oriented environment. If you have experience setting up, operating, and programming CNC equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable operation that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual machining equipment Manufacture and repair precision components to exact specifications Work with lathes, mills, boring equipment, grinders, and other machining tools Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Program machines or verify existing CNC programs Perform your own machine setups and tooling changes Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various machining operations Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Document production activities and quality results Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times What We're Looking For Previous CNC machining experience preferred Vocational training, apprenticeship, or machining-related education is a plus Ability to read detailed blueprints and engineering drawings Experience using precision measuring instruments, including: Micrometers Calipers Bore gauges Depth micrometers Tape measures Strong understanding of machining operations, shop math, and metalworking principles Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork Dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail Why Consider This Opportunity?
