Job Description

Overview We're hiring Precision Grinders for our manufacturing team at our Fulton campus in Tulsa. We build high-quality, precision components that help power essential industries. You'll set up and run surface, OD/ID, magnetic chuck, CNC, and crush grinders, holding tight tolerances on every part. Shift differential on top of a competitive hourly rate.
Collaborative Team:
Work with teammates and engineers to solve problems and improve processes. Compensation $20 - $32 / hr, based on experience 11.5% shift differential $4,000 sign-on bonus Hiring on 2nd and Weekend Shift 2nd
Shift :
4:30pm-3am ;
Monday-Thursday Weekend Shift :
6am-6pm ;
Friday-Sunday Responsibilities Setups:
Set up and operate surface, OD/ID, magnetic chuck, CNC, and crush grinders.
Blueprints:
Read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Wheel Selection:
Select and dress the right grinding wheel for each job.
Inspection:
Inspect finished parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges to confirm tight tolerances and finishes.
Maintenance:
Maintain and perform light repairs on grinding equipment.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with teammates and engineers to solve problems and improve processes.
Safety:
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe. Requirements Required 3+ years of experience in precision grinding or high-tolerance machining Familiarity with grinding machines, tooling, and materials Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety Preferred Experience on CNC and crush grinders Experience with wheel dressing and selection across materials Experience performing light equipment maintenance and repairs
Pay:
$44,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
