Job Description

CNC Machinist Looking for an experienced CNC Machinist on a swing shift at an aircraft manufacturing company who takes pride in precision work! CNC Machinist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $26.22 to $47.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm) Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications to produce parts that meet quality requirements. Set up and operate manual machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and drill presses, to support production needs. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect and verify part dimensions. Assist with machine setups, tooling changes, and process adjustments to maintain efficient workflow and product quality. Perform basic rework, modifications, and repairs on components while following established procedures. Follow all safety requirements, manufacturing standards, and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with team members to support operational goals.
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
1-2 years minimum Experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role with in the last 3 years High School Diploma and Longevity at previous positions required Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using measuring tools and knowledge of GD&T Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to run machines independently Willing to travel when necessary, train on day shift, then move to swing shift Pay will be based on experience and include a $3 differential Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
