Care Advocate - In Home Caregiving Aspire Caregiving | Southern Oregon Central Point (Medford) Location

ABOUT THE ROLE

Aspire Caregiving is looking for a transformational individual that works well with the senior community and can both assist our clients and our caregivers. Job duties for this position include: Being a mentor for our caregivers: assisting with training, supervising, guidance and coaching. Keeping up to date with all needed paperwork and documentation.

Bringing on new clients:

This includes conducting needs assessments, following up with prospects/clients, taking calls.

Assisting current clients:

Conducting quarterly assessments, following up with concerns and change of care needs, keeping up to date with all needed documentation and paperwork. Position also requires filling in for care visits when there are open visits. Must be comfortable with all skill needs and care need of individuals. Position requires driving from location to location using personal vehicle. And more!

$22.00 to $23.00 per hour
