Arrow Tech Machine Works is a growing CNC machining job shop specializing in high-quality, precision-machined components for a variety of industries. We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in craftsmanship, quality, and getting the job done right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes
• Read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T
• Set tools, offsets, work coordinates, and machine parameters
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
• Make program and offset adjustments as needed
• Work with a variety of materials and part sizes
• Minor editing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards
• Work independently and as part of a team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• CNC machining experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Experience with precision measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Troubleshooting skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• CNC programming experience is a plus

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
