• 3:30 PM Responsibilities include: Set up and operate 2-3 axis vertical mills and 3-5 axis horizontal mills Perform custom CNC setups for hydraulic components, manifolds, and porting blocks Vertical milling of precision parts Edit and troubleshoot G & M codes Perform live tooling edits as required Load and unload parts safely and efficiently Adjust and manage tool offsets Set up fixtures and fixturing for custom jobs Independently diagnose and resolve machining issues

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience performing custom CNC machining Strong knowledge of G & M codes and live tool editing Experience with vertical and horizontal milling Solid math and trigonometry skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work without direct engineering support Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment/Shift:

Very clean manufacturing facility 18-20 machinists in the shop with 3-4 programmers Fast-paced custom job shop environment Team-oriented culture Mid-sized company where employees cross-train and wear multiple hats

Day Shift:

5am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
