What you'll do Utilize your welding experience to execute projects with precision and care Rigging- brakes, lights, axel placement etc. Perform MIG and TIG welding tasks, ensuring adherence to codes and standards Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide fabrication processes Operate various tools including power tools, hand tools, and machinery Engage in rigging activities to assemble final product Collaborate with team members to assemble trailers and components efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Basic qualifications Proven experience in welding steel and aluminum a plus in manufacturing environments Prior trailer building experience a plus Preferred qualifications Familiarity with fabrication techniques including sheet metal work Proficiency in using basic math for measurements and calculations Steel and Aluminum fabrication/welding Prior knowledge of trailer fabrication and assembling a plus Rigging, wire installation, axel placement a plus Why you'll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
