- 12:00a) Precision Metal Manufacturing We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a leading precision metal manufacturer in Allentown, PA.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern CNC equipment in a high-precision manufacturing environment, with opportunities for training and career development. What You'll Do Operate CNC lathes, mills and automated machining equipment Perform machine setups, tool changes and offset adjustments Complete machine changeovers as required Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers and CMM equipment Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Identify and manage non-conforming parts Troubleshoot basic machining issues and monitor machine performance Meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 2+ years' CNC machining experience Experience operating CNC lathes, mills or similar equipment Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers and CMM Knowledge of CNC controls such as Haas, Okuma or Fanuc is an advantage Experience with SPC or automated manufacturing is beneficial Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Benefits Up to $30.00 per hour Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Training and career development opportunities Apply Click Apply or contact: Sam Wild 215-999-6430 sam@axionrecruitment.com
