1st Shift - CNC Mill Machinist Job Description As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient production and contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines, including tool changes, lubrication, and cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance. Inspect finished parts for quality, precision, and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, making adjustments as necessary to maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime.
