PUT YOUR MACHINING EXPERIENCE TO WORK
All Seasons Placement is recruiting experienced CNC Setup Machinists for multiple manufacturing opportunities throughout Erie County, PA. These positions are designed for machinists who have moved beyond basic machine operation and have the ability to perform setups, tooling changes, offsets, inspections, adjustments, and troubleshooting with limited supervision. If you can take a CNC machine from one job to the next and get it producing good parts, we want to hear from you. PAY $21.00-$27.00 per hour , depending on experience, setup ability, equipment knowledge, shift, and position.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Setting up CNC mills and/or lathes for production Reading and interpreting blueprints Installing and changing tooling Setting tool and work offsets Selecting appropriate cutting tools Installing fixtures and workholding Performing machine changeovers Making adjustments to maintain part specifications Editing programs and making basic G-Code adjustments Monitoring speeds, feeds, and tool wear Performing first-piece and in-process inspections Using micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments Troubleshooting machining and quality problems Maintaining tight tolerances Documenting inspection results Working with quality and production personnel Assisting less-experienced machine operators when needed
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
We're interested in candidates with experience involving: CNC Mills CNC Lathes Vertical Machining Centers Horizontal Machining Centers Multi-Axis Equipment Haas Mazak Okuma Fadal Fanuc controls G-Code / M-Code Tooling and workholding Precision inspection equipment You don't need experience with every machine or control listed. Strong machining fundamentals and the ability to learn different equipment are highly valued.
IDEAL CANDIDATES
