Job Description
We are looking for a skilled •Machinist/Grinding Technician •to join our precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a machinist who thrives on technical challenges, and high-quality craftsmanship . Relocation Assistance Available! You will become an expert in a range of grinding processes including: Grinding between centers Chucking OD grinding Chucking ID grinding Operate Grinding Equipment You will operate a variety of grinding machines including: Kellenberger Kel-Vista (3 machines) CNC conversational programming Multi-tool setups Kellenberger Kel-Vita Same as above with non-round grinding capability Jones & Shipman CNC Grinder Conversational programming Between-centers grinding Track job time accurately through job clock-in/clock-out Follow scheduled job lists created by the supervisor Work closely with Quality Assurance technicians on critical inspections Handle customer components with extreme care to minimize scrap Maintain a strong focus on quality and efficiency You should be proficient in: CNC Programming Machine Setups for Production Runs Manual Machining Skills Machines & technologies you'll use: OD/ID Grinding Machine
