CNC Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Conduct complex machining operations on CNC milling machines (vertical and horizontal) Read, understand, and troubleshoot G‑code Mentor and support other machinists in resolving complex machining challenges Manufacture quality parts efficiently while meeting production schedules Verify conformance of finished parts using precision measuring instruments Work with Machinists, Engineers, and Project Managers to solve problems and improve processes Safely operate overhead cranes and lifting equipment Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and shop standards Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
4 + years of CNC machining experience in a machine shop environment OR completion of Journeyman papers plus 2 years of experience Expert knowledge of CNC machining techniques and milling practices Great machinist math skills, including trigonometry and geometry Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and GD&T Proficient with precision measuring tools Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, and lift up to 60 lbs unassisted
High School Diploma or GED Preferred:
