We are hiring for a direct-hire, full-time 3rd Shift CNC Lathe Operator opportunity in Kulpsville, PA. This position is with a well-established manufacturer of high-performance engineered plastic and composite components used across industries such as aerospace, semiconductor, energy, and industrial manufacturing. This is a setup-level CNC lathe role for someone who can work independently at the machine. You'll handle setups and day-to-day operation, troubleshoot machining issues, make program adjustments when needed, and check your own parts throughout the process to ensure they meet quality requirements.
