Job Description
The position is responsible for fabricating individual parts and assemblies from simple to complex in a prototype environment. The candidate will have to interact with designers and assembly technicians. Job Responsibilities Fabricate parts to exact dimensional and angular print tolerances Occasionally assemble/disassemble simple fixtures and tooling. Stay abreast of automation industry trends relative to modern machining techniques, tooling and new hardware/software. Direction Received This position will receive direction from the Fabrication Department Manager. Supervision of Others This position does not have any direct reports. Knowledge/Experience Requirements Experience using milling machines, lathes, and other machining equipment (manual and CNC- controlled).
