Machinist -
Precision CNC & Manual Machining Pay:
Starting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
Locations:
Landisville, PA & Lancaster, PA Shifts:
Weekend Shift:
Friday-Sunday, 6:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; includes a 15% shift differential and a four-hour bonus when the scheduled 36-hour requirement is met. About the
Role:
Join our team producing mission-critical, high-precision SmCo magnet components for advanced industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Medical, and Semiconductor. As a Machinist working with specialty metals, you'll work independently to set up and operate a variety of CNC and manual machining equipment, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure every part meets strict quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate precision machining equipment (grinding, slicing, drilling, milling, CNC) Maintain tight tolerances Perform tool changes, adjustments, and basic program edits Troubleshoot mechanical, quality, and process issues; support root cause analysis Inspect parts using precision instruments Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams Support continuous improvement and equipment maintenance Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1+ year machining/manufacturing experience Blueprint reading and precision measurement proficiency Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills CNC experience preferred; G/M code knowledge a plus

Physical Requirements:
