1st Shift - Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Weekend Shift - Friday through Sunday 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; 2nd

Shift:

Mon-Thur 3pm-1:30am Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of precision machining equipment including grinding, slicing, drilling, milling, and CNC-based operations. Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish to required tolerances, typically ranging from .0008 to below .0005 depending on role level. Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic program edits as required. Troubleshoot mechanical, quality, and process-related issues; assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions. Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications. Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve production or quality concerns. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying efficiency, quality, and safety opportunities. Assist with preventive and autonomous maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability. Train, mentor, and support Operators and entry-level Machinists as appropriate to role level. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.

Machinist I:

Typically, 1+ years of machining or manufacturing experience.

Machinist II:

Typically, 2+ years of machining experience with demonstrated ability to hold tighter tolerances. CNC operation experience preferred; G-code/M-code programming required for Machinist II roles. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality documentation. Proficiency using precision measuring tools. 0 years of total experience with data provided.
