Description Ezeflow USA, Inc. - Flowline Division is seeking an experienced Manual and/or CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA. The Precision Machinist role plays a key part in our production process by independently setting up machines, selecting tooling, and preforming precision inspections. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience setting up and operating Manual or CNC Lathe machines with the ability to hold tolerances of ±0.002". Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: Reads blueprints or job order for specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, tooling instructions on holding devices, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cuts, and cutting tools
Positions and secures tools in holders
Lifts workpiece manually or with hoist, and positions and secures workpiece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers, or fixtures
Sets specified rotation speed, feed rate, and depth of cut, and positions tool in relation to workpiece
Starts machine, turns handwheels to feed tool to workpiece, and engages feed
Turns valve handle to direct flow of coolant against tool and workpiece
Observes cutting action of machine to detect excessive wear or malfunction
Verifies conformance of machined workpiece to specifications
Scribes reference lines on workpiece to lay out interrelated surfaces, lengths, and depths of cut
Computes unspecified dimensions and machine settings
Operates forklift
Work Schedule:
Second Shift:
Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectations

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of Manual and/or CNC Lathe Experience
Ability to hold tolerances of ±0.002"
Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings & GD&T
Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment
Ability to independently set up machines, select tooling, and perform precision inspections
Capable of scoring 80% or higher on our machining test
