Professional Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC Lathes or VTLs. Demonstrated ability to interpret and modify Fanuc or standard CNC code. Prior work with large-scale 6-foot or 8-foot Vertical Turning Lathes is highly desirable. Background working within a custom job shop environment is preferred. Proficiency in programming or utilizing Mastercam software is considered an advantage.

Compensation and Perks:

Core Duties:

Manage the programming, setup, and operation of large-scale 6' and 8' VTLs using Fanuc controls to support custom production needs. Contribute to operational efficiency by actively monitoring machining cycles, making necessary adjustments, and resolving technical challenges as they arise.

Required Skill Set:

Expertise in CNC Programming. Strong knowledge of G-Code. Proficiency in M-Code. Competence in CNC machine setup and changeover procedures.

Technical Equipment:

2-4 axis CNC Lathes. Mastercam CAM software. 5+ axis CNC Lathes.
