Job Description
Seeking for a CNC Supervisor to support a well-known medical device manufacturing company in Royersford, PA! Responsibilities Work from the production schedule to plan, organize, and execute the throughput of high-volume components while optimizing the use of resources. Follow up on machine setups, schedule operators, and review production status to ensure jobs run as planned and meet delivery commitments. Coordinate production activities between departments to maintain smooth workflow and resolve bottlenecks. Troubleshoot equipment and production issues promptly, using strong problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and improve productivity. Operate milling machines while simultaneously overseeing and supporting other CNC operators on the shift. Properly and safely load and unload materials in CNC machinery, ensuring correct fixturing and handling procedures. Use gauges and measuring instruments to verify that parts meet tolerance and quality requirements. Independently set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines without assistance. Reduce setup time and machining time through process improvements, tooling optimization, and efficient programming. Program and operate CNC equipment utilizing FANUC, HAAS, or similar controls, adjusting parameters to achieve optimal performance. Understand, interpret, and edit G-code programs to refine processes and resolve machining issues. Essential Skills At least 5 years of machining experience. At least 3 years of setup experience on CNC Mill/Turn or CNC Mill equipment.
