Job Description

Position Summary Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
Operate machines by loading bar stock and unloading parts from the machine. Perform machine adjustments to achieve the correct dimensions, finishes and quality. Troubleshoot tooling issues on the machine as needed. Effectively preset tooling prior to placing into machine. Perform any necessary machine adjustments or repairs in a safe manner. Identify when tooling needs replaced and change tooling effectively. Understand and follow work instructions, set-up sheets, routers, inspection plans and be able to properly set-up machines per customer requirements. Effectively gauge and measure parts produced 5S work area on a daily basis. Assist other departments with projects as needed. Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Familiarity with micrometers and other measuring devices. Knowledge of G code preferred Understand and complies with ISO procedures Ability to read routers and blueprint drawings Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Physical Requirements:
