Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Mill Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and set up CNC milling machines to produce precision metal components that meet strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to high-quality manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with HAAS and Fanuc controls. Duties Set up and operate
HAAS CNC
milling machines. Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements. Have the ability to understand code and make edits. Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other measurement instruments to verify part dimensions and ensure quality control. Perform machine maintenance, tool changes, and adjustments to optimize machining performance. Inspect machined parts for conformance to specifications. Skills Proficiency in CNC G-code programs and familiarity with Fanuc and HAAS control systems. Strong knowledge of machining tools including end mills, drills, grinders, and manual hand tools. Ability to read mechanical blueprints and interpret complex technical specifications accurately. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of metal properties, tooling setups. Knowledge of measurement instruments like micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and precision measurement instruments for quality assurance. Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, feeds, speeds, and tolerances. Experience operating CNC milling machines. Ability to perform machine setup efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
