+30% CNC Machinist Opportunity We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join a growing precision manufacturing team producing high-quality medical device components used in life-changing applications. Multiple openings are available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts . This is an excellent opportunity for machinists who enjoy working with advanced CNC technology, multi-axis machining, tight tolerances, and precision components. Experience with Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Citizen, Tsugami, Star, DMG Mori, Makino, Swiss-style CNC machines, or similar equipment is highly desirable. CNC Equipment Machinists may work with equipment including: Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes Advanced multi-axis milling and turning equipment Responsibilities As a CNC Machinist, you will: Set up and operate CNC machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation Select appropriate tooling and make machine offset adjustments Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and productivity Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Produce components to tight tolerances and required surface finishes Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Make adjustments to improve quality and production efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience Ability to independently set up and operate CNC equipment Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring instruments Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals Ability to maintain tight tolerances and consistently produce quality parts Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is highly desirable: Mazak machining centers Mazatrol controls Swiss-style CNC lathes 5-axis or multi-axis machining CNC milling and turning Medical device manufacturing Aerospace or defense manufacturing Tight-tolerance precision machining

Compensation Base Pay:

$22.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience
