We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who want to work with advanced multi-axis machining technology while producing precision medical device components used in life-changing applications. Whether your background is Mazak, Swiss, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Citizen, Tsugami, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar CNC equipment, we'd like to speak with you.
Equipment :
Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets, Mazak Variaxis 5-
Axis Machining Centers, Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes, Advanced Multi-Axis Milling and Turning Platforms What You'll Do:
Setup and operate CNC machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation Select tooling and perform offset adjustments Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment Strong blueprint reading skills Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals

We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to program, setup, and optimize Star Swiss lathes producing high-precision medical device components. If you have experience developing processes, programming Swiss machines, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting machinists in a precision manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
Program, setup, and optimize Star Swiss lathes for production Develop manufacturing processes for tight-tolerance medical device components Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times Select tooling, establish cutting parameters, and optimize machine performance Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Support machinists and production personnel during setup and production runs Validate processes through first article inspections and process verification Machine precision components from stainless, titanium, aluminum, plastics, and specialty alloys
Required Qualifications:

Role:
This is a highly technical role requiring someone who can take a part from drawing or CAD model through programming, setup, prove-out, first article approval, and production release. This is NOT a programming-only role and NOT an engineering-only role.
Key Responsibilities:
CNC Programming & Process Development — create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, develop machining strategies, convert drawings and models into production-ready programs, select tooling and machining processes, optimize cycle times and efficiency Setup, Prove-Out & Production Release — perform machine setups, run first articles, prove out new programs, validate dimensions and tolerances, troubleshoot machining issues, release jobs into production Manufacturing Support — provide technical support to machinists, support engineering changes, troubleshoot production challenges, improve manufacturing processes

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Control Manager to lead inspection activities, support quality system compliance, and partner closely with manufacturing teams. This role combines technical quality expertise with leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily quality operations for precision-machined medical device components and assemblies Review scheduled jobs and verify revisions, specifications, and customer requirements Develop and maintain inspection plans, processing sheets, and quality documentation Perform and oversee First Article Inspections (FAIs), in-process inspection, and final inspection processes Support machinists and production personnel with technical quality guidance Lead Material Review Board (MRB) activities and disposition decisions Investigate non-conformances (NCRs), customer complaints, and quality performance Support corrective and preventative action initiatives Maintain calibration records, SOPs, and quality documentation Support ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
compliance through audits and documentation reviews Train, mentor, and develop inspectors and manufacturing personnel
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of quality experience in precision machining, CNC manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, or related environment Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs) Experience using precision inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, optical inspection tools) Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or

Role :
As a Quality Assurance Final Inspector, you'll be the final line of defense before products reach customers — ensuring every part meets exact specifications and quality standards.
What You'll Do:
Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface finish defects, often under magnification Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred) 1-2+ years of Quality Assurance experience Blueprint reading experience Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or
ISO 13485
environment (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
