CONVENTIONAL MILLING MACHINIST
FULL-TIME
We are currently seeking an experienced Conventional Milling Machinist to join our team. We are a job shop environment specializing in a variety of machining projects. Our workload changes regularly, providing the opportunity to work on different parts, materials, setups, and machining challenges. We are looking for a skilled machinist with strong experience operating manual/conventional milling machines who can confidently set up and complete jobs with minimal supervision. Qualifications Previous conventional/manual milling experience required Strong knowledge of manual milling machine setup and operation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Ability to determine proper tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining processes Proficient with precision measuring instruments Strong understanding of machining tolerances Ability to perform accurate setups and machine parts to print Ability to troubleshoot machining and setup issues Comfortable working in a job shop where jobs and priorities may change daily Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable and professional work ethic About the Position This is a full-time position for an experienced Conventional Milling Machinist . We are looking for someone who understands the machining process and can confidently take a job from a blueprint through setup, machining, inspection, and completion of a quality finished part. This is not repetitive production work. Our job shop provides variety, challenging work, and the opportunity to use your machining skills every day.
