AM Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday CNC Machinist II:
$25.00 - $35.00/hour/6:30am to 3pm,
Monday Thru Friday CNC Machinist III:
$30.00 - $45.00/hour/6:30am to 3pm, Monday Thru Friday Shift differential available for applicable shifts In addition to the hourly base pay rate, these positions are eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee. Available Positions CNC Machinist I:
Ideal for candidates with CNC training or 1+ year of machining experience. Responsibilities Operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinding machines Perform basic inspections using measuring tools Follow work instructions and quality standards Maintain a safe and organized work area Preferred Qualifications 1+ year CNC machining experience CNC training or NIMS certification Familiarity with micrometers, gauges, and inspection equipment
CNC Machinist II:
Ideal for machinists with strong setup and troubleshooting experience. Responsibilities Independently set up and operate CNC mills and lathes Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Perform first article inspections Troubleshoot tooling, programming, and machine issues Modify speeds, feeds, offsets, and basic G-code functions Collaborate with programmers and production teams Qualifications 5+ years CNC machining experience 3+ years of setup experience on multi-axis CNC equipment Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
CNC Machinist III:
Ideal for highly experienced machinists with advanced setup, optimization, and leadership skills. Responsibilities Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, and grinders Optimize tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements Mentor and train Machinist I and II employees Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives Qualifications 10+ years CNC machining experience Advanced machining, setup, and troubleshooting knowledge Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills Experience mentoring other machinists preferred Why Join Omniseal Solutions?
