  • 4th shift Greer, SC, United States (On-site) Be the First to Apply Job Description In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the delivery of reliable products that meet customer requirements and support Honeywell's commitment to excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments. Maintain machine tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience as a machinist with the ability to set up and operate machine tools accurately. Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a machine shop environment.
WE VALUE
Associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology. 3+ years of experience in a machining role within a manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC machines and programming is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions precisely. Qualifications
