Setup Machinist:
Perform complex setups and prove-outs on machining centers. Troubleshoot complex machining issues by interpreting advanced GD&T drawings and adjusting machine parameters. Manage advanced tooling, offsets, and compensations on horizontal mills and multi-axis turning centers. Collaborate directly with programmers, operators, and support staff in a highly motivated, team-oriented environment.
What we are looking for:
2+ years of hands-on CNC setup experience (aerospace experience is a huge plus). A 2-year technical degree in CNC precision machining (or equivalent trade experience). A passion for precision, close tolerances, and high-quality craftsmanship. Post-offer drug screen and background checks are required
