Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Team Lead with strong machine setup and troubleshooting skills to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in G-code/M-code editing, machine setup, troubleshooting, roll changes, blueprint reading, precision measurements, and strong math skills. Leadership experience preferred.

Multiple shifts available What's the Job?

• Lead and support operators working on complex multi-axis CNC equipment
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery goals are achieved
• Monitor workflow, efficiency, scrap rates, and production metrics
• Communicate production challenges and staffing needs to leadership
• Partner with production planning teams to manage workflow priorities
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Conduct performance feedback and support employee development initiatives
• Perform hands-on CNC setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and maintain a safe work environment What's Needed?

2+ years of CNC machining experience required Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred Ability to edit G-Code and M-Code Strong machine setup and troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Strong math and problem-solving skills Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What's in it for Me?
