Technical, trade school, or vocational training in Machining Technology preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience. Experience operating multi-axis CNC lathes, mills, and mill-turn machines. Ability to perform machine setups, adjust offsets, and make program edits. Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, comparators, and CMM equipment. Aerospace manufacturing, GD&T, and CMM inspection experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to quality. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout scheduled shifts. Capable of working in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and safety standards. Ability to perform repetitive motions and handle precision components. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Job Duties Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision aerospace components. Perform machining operations while meeting production goals and quality requirements. Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary machine adjustments. Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Maintain accurate production documentation and quality records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following all company safety and quality procedures. What You Will Do As a CNC Machinist you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.
