  • $40.00 per hour Why Join? Join an established, growing forging company and large job shop in North Texas, currently rebuilding its shop-floor team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity
  • training and coordinating a small team without the pressure of a full supervisor title.
Key responsibilities & Requirements Operate CNC mills (Fanuc controls) running supplied programs to rework pre-programmed forging dies for internal use, plus general drilling and support work. Lead and coordinate a small team of two other machinists — assign daily tasks and provide basic hands-on training. Report daily activity and next-day plans to the Production Manager. Troubleshoot minor program and setup issues (programs are supplied, not written from scratch). Prior CNC mill operating experience required; forging or job-shop environment experience a plus.
