We are looking for an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist with hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss/CNC Screw Machines with Fanuc controls, Tsugami brand preferred .

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and operate Tsugami CNC Screw Machines, including

B0325V-III

Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, and tool changes Make minor programming edits and adjustments at the machine control Manage tool wear and offsets during production Inspect parts during production using precision measuring equipment Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and part specifications Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain part quality Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss/Screw Machines Experience with Tsugami machines strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of Fanuc controls Ability to perform independent machine setups Experience with tooling, fixturing, tool changes, and offsets Ability to make minor program edits at the machine Must have a valid Driver's License Must have basic personal hand tools such as screwdrivers, Allen keys, and a socket set
