We are a precision machine shop looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a team environment. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on machining experience who is comfortable running both CNC lathes and CNC mills. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Experience operating CNC lathes and CNC mills Experience setting tools and making basic tool and wear offsets Familiar with CNC machine controls Able to read and interpret blueprints Basic understanding of GD&T Able to use precision measuring equipment, including: Calipers Micrometers Indicators Height gages Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes and milling machines Set tools and verify tool offsets Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment Deburr and clean machined parts while maintaining cosmetic and dimensional requirements Handle parts carefully to prevent scratches, dents, and other damage Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with production, inspections, assembly, and shipping as needed Follow established quality procedures and company standards We're Looking For Someone Who...
