As a CNC Production machinist, you will be supporting our metal parts manufacturing production environment to make various metal components and assemblies for our customers. We are looking for an experienced (5 years or more experience) metal CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC mills and lathes, and manual mills and lathes, including setting up and operating the machines, as well as experience with tooling and materials. The successful candidate will be able to read blueprints and drawings, inspect parts for accuracy, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Operate machine tools for metal machining including CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, Wire EDM machine and manual mills and lathes, other tools, saws, etc. as instructed to produce parts according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, update and modify CAD Drawings using AutoCAD and edit CNC programs using MasterCam Measure/validate machined parts' dimensions using CMM, micrometers, etc. Supports our

Quality program for quality checks on finished parts Assist team members with CNC program coding or troubleshooting Support company's production objectives and delivery schedules for machined parts Perform maintenance on CNC machines Make adjustments to the machine settings as necessary to ensure accuracy of production
