Competitive Base Pay:

$30.00

•$40.00/hr (commensurate with setup experience) +

Annual Bonus Lucrative Shift Differentials:

+$2.00/hr for Swing or +$6.00/hr for Weekends Day-1

What You Will Do:

Perform complex setups, tear-downs, and first-article inspections on multi-axis CNC mills or lathes. Read and interpret complex aerospace engineering blueprints, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing (GD&T). Edit G-code/M-code at the machine control panel to optimize tool paths and cycle times. Perform statistical process control (SPC) data collection and verify parts using advanced inspection tools. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in CNC setup, blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision machining. High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or journeyman card preferred.
