Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate, program, and set up CNC machines—including lathes and milling machines—to produce precision metal components. Your expertise will ensure that parts meet strict quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Must be able to program and operate a FADAL Vertical Mill. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, and producing quality parts. If you have a strong machining skills and can read engineering drawings, and are confident setting up and programming mills and lathes, we want to hear from you! Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings & GD&T. Set up and Operate CNC Mills and lathes. Program and prove out part programs. Set tool offsets, Zero/reference points & compensation. Preform drilling, grooving, turning, facing, knurling & threading Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy. Troubleshoot machines, tooling & machining processes. Sharpen and replace tooling as needed. Maintain Strick quality standards and production specifications.

Requirements:

Proven CNC Machining experience. Experience with Fadal Vertical Mill. Strong knowledge of tooling, Machine controls & instrumentation. Ability to use basic math, geometry & trigonometry. Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills. Dependable, safety-minded, and quality-driven.
