Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, machining centers, and related equipment Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators Perform machine adjustments and tool changes to maintain quality and productivity Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed Maintain accurate production and inspection records Adhere to all safety, quality, and company procedures Work collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams Preferred Qualifications Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, horizontal or vertical machining centers Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications Knowledge of machining practices, tooling, feeds, and speeds Familiarity with precision measuring equipment and quality inspection processes Experience with CNC setup, editing offsets, and basic programming is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment High school diploma, GED, trade school certification, or equivalent experience preferred PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
