Machinists that have experience operating a mill or lathe(CNC) are a great fit in the past for this role. Candidates need have experience with troubleshooting as well. You will be making heat exchangers (coils). Qualifications

• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift (6:30AM-3PM or 3PM-11:30PM- there is a $1.25 shift differential for 2nd shift)
• Proven mechanical aptitude
• Successful experience working with mechanical equipment
• Background in hands on troubleshooting with machinery
• Ability to use measuring devices (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
• Team player interested in improving the overall performance of the equipment and the team
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and stoop and/or bend frequently
• Able to follow directions
• Able to interpret drawings, routers and special notes once trained Responsibilities
• These machines use high precision custom tooling for heat exchanger manufacturing
• We operate in a fast-paced environment with frequent change overs
• Experience with CNC, Fin Punch Press and/or Expander
• Operate metal working equipment to consistently and efficiently to produce quality parts
• Use blueprints and router information to set-up tooling and machines accurately
• Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks
• As an active team member in the area, participate in continuous improvement activities to improve safety, quality, productivity and tooling life
• Safely use electric, pneumatic, floor and hand tools
• ID and tag unsafe equipment

Pay:

$24.50 - $28.00 per hour
