Posted on August 12, 2026 Published By Matthew Norton Trillium Staffing is now seeking CNC Operators with Swiss Machine experience in Roanoke, Virginia! These are direct hire positions! Pay rate is $23
28/hr. Schedule is 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm. Duties and Responsibilities
Efficiently load and unload raw materials and components from Swiss-style CNC lathes.
Perform precise in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and indicators to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Monitor active machine operations, track tool wear, adjust offsets, and report any abnormal machining conditions. Apply now! Qualifications
1+ years of experience operating CNC or Swiss-style machines
A solid understanding of basic Swiss turning principles, multi-axis machining, or machining practices.
