Job Opening:
Machine Operator - Verona, VA
•We're hiring a full-time Machine Operator to run lathes and mills in a clean, efficient shop environment. If you know how to read drawings, change tools, and convert measurements with confidence, we want to hear from you.
Location:
23 Old Laurel Hill Rd. Verona, VA 24482
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
7:00 AM-4:00
PM Friday:
7:00 AM-11:00
AM Pay:
Based on experience, with fast increases for the right fit

Responsibilities:
Operate manual and CNC machines (lathe and mill) Change tools for each job and set up machines Maintain a clean and organized work area Read and interpret technical drawings Convert fractions to decimals and understand measurement systems Follow safety and quality standards ✅
Requirements:
Prior experience with lathes and mills Ability to read mechanical drawings Strong math and conversion skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Bonus Skills:
CNC programming or setup Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$14.50 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
